What is your turn around time?

Upon placing your order, a proof will be sent to your email address within 3-4 business days.

Are the colors and text customizable? How do I select the colors?

A color chart is displayed within each listing. Colors are completely customizable for all of our prints and stationery items. 

Will I get to see a proof before it gets shipped?

Yes. A proof will be sent to your email address within 3-4 business days for all personalized items (prints, canvas, invitations).

How are your items shipped?

WALL PRINTS / POSTERS:

Shipping is a flat $4.95 fee for all domestic orders.
Custom print orders will ship via USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days for Domestic / 7-14 business days for International).
Ready-to-ship prints will ship within 3 business days.
In a rush? Shipping can be upgraded to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) upon checkout!

CUSTOM CANVAS ART:

Custom canvas art will ship via UPS Ground. 

COFFEE MUGS:

All coffee mug orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) directly from our supplier in California.

Are frames included with the prints?

Frames are not included with our prints. However, frames can easily be found at craft and home decor stores such as Michael's Crafts, Bed Bath and Beyond, and Target. Amazon.com also has a great selection of frames.

Do you offer a 5x7 size or is 8x10 the smallest?

Yes, our print are also available in a 5x7 size. Please contact us for pricing.

What is the largest print size that you offer?

The largest print and canvas size that we offer is 24x36.

Do you offer both prints and canvas?

Yes! All our print designs can be made into canvases.  

How are your prints packaged?

Our 8x10 prints are packaged in a sturdy flat mailer. 11x14 & larger print sizes will ship in a cylinder mailing tube. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
 

I'm ordering a gift. Can you ship directly to the recipient?

Yes! If you'd like to send a gift directly to the recipient, simply update the shipping address upon checking out. A complimentary gift message can be sent along with your gift order.

Can you rush my order?

If you're in a time crunch, please get in touch to see if we can accommodate your request. You can also choose to expedite your shipping method to 2-3 Priority Mail upon check out as well.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship world wide! For your convenience, a shipping notification as well as a tracking number will be provided upon shipment for all orders. Please note that any custom fees or VAT taxes for international orders will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

Due to the customized nature of our designs, we can only accept returns on ready-to-ship products within 1 week of receipt. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee of ready-to-ship products. 

All sales are final for coffee mug orders.

Cancellations made within 24 hrs of purchase will be refunded in full. A design fee will be applied for cancellations made after a proof has been created.

Please review your proofs carefully for any typos or mistakes before confirming your approval. 

If your item arrives damaged from shipping, let us know within 1 week of receipt and we will gladly replace it for you. 

If you have any concerns with your purchase, please let us know right away so we can remedy the situation. We strive for happy customers and we appreciate your feedback!
